A huge, heartfelt congratulations to Becky from Sileby, who passed her automatic driving test first time on 16 October 2026 at Melton Mowbray Driving Test Centre, with her instructor, Simon Harrison.
Becky’s achievement is a wonderful reminder that learning to drive is not always a straight road. Sometimes, building the confidence to take that final step is just as important as learning the skills needed to pass the driving test.

Becky had started and stopped learning to drive over the years with different instructors. Although she had gained driving experience, she had never quite found the confidence to see the journey through to the end.
