Thank you for shopping with 4front Driving School. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our digital resources or printed products. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products Policy & Terms of Use
All digital products—including eBooks, training manuals, PDF guides, and downloadable flashcards—are delivered instantly via email or download link upon successful checkout.
Copyright & Permitted Use

The Intellectual Property: All content, designs, custom road layouts, and proprietary training frameworks (including The 4front Method™) contained within our digital downloads remain the exclusive intellectual property of Simon Harrison and 4front Driving School.

Instructor-Client Sharing (Permitted): If you are an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) or Potential Driving Instructor (PDI), you are granted a flexible license to share these resources directly with your personal, active driving pupils to assist with their test preparation and private practice.

Commercial Restrictions (Prohibited): You may not resell, redistribute, alter, or share these digital files with other driving instructors, driving school networks, or platforms outside your immediate, active pupil circle. Forwarding or selling these materials to unauthorized third parties is a strict violation of copyright.
Digital Returns & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of downloadable goods, all sales of eBooks, manuals, and digital flashcards are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
2. Printed Products & Physical Returns Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our printed resources. Because our physical products are printed to order, we maintain a strict returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Printed products (such as physical books or flashcard decks) can only be returned or replaced if there is a manufacturing fault or if the item was visibly damaged during transit. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.
Requirements for a Return / Replacement:
To process a replacement or refund for a faulty or damaged printed product, you must adhere to the following steps:

Proof of Damage on Arrival: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Support Email/Contact Link] with clear photographic or video evidence showing the fault or the damage sustained to the product upon arrival.

Return Postage: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs. Return postage fees are non-refundable.

Tracked Shipping Required: When returning the item, you must use a tracked shipping service and provide valid proof of tracking to us. We cannot guarantee or process a refund/replacement for returned items that are lost or untracked in transit.
Once your return is received, inspected, and the damage is verified, we will notify you via email and promptly issue a replacement product or a refund to your original payment method.
