Prepare yourself the night before, find a way to switch off, Calm the nerves and get a good night sleep. On the day of the test be energised, alert and focussed, certain foods, drinks and vitamins can help with alertness and nerves – do your research and it could help you on the day. Avoid wondering off in a day dream where your mind takes over, focus, stay positive and most important of all – don’t give up. You need to wait to the end of the test for the result, be patient.
